Originally designed to be a wood structure, we worked with the Owner to give them more bang for their buck in the form of a steel building. The structure was built as a “shell”. After construction, the school moved forward with the build-out of the structure to fit their programs. Cost effective, flexible and without the constraints of a wood structure.

Stone Hill built Premier’s newest auto body shop commercial facility using a concrete foundation and wood structure.
ROCKINGHAM COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS – POULTRY EXHIBIT BUILDINGS
Stone Hill built this concrete and wood structure for the Rockingham County Fairgrounds. It is a great example of our ability to renovate an existing building and add a brand-new structure to complement the original building.
